Maria Johnston – Managing Director
Graduating from Birmingham University with a Food Science and Business Honors degree in 1998, Maria began her career in the Catering and Hospitality sector of a large recruitment firm in Ireland. Having a passion for the beauty industry, Maria studied beauty therapy which led her to successfully launch a Tan and Make up brand in Sydney, Australia in 2005.
Combining her love for the beauty industry and her experience in recruitment, Maria then set up the Salon & Spa Recruitment division for an agency in Dublin where she received valuable training and experience. Maria has set up Beautifuljobs.ie to help both clients and candidates match their recruitment needs. Maria also gives genuine career and job hunting advice to both graduates and experienced staff searching in the market.
