Primary Duties

  • Maintain and grow a marketable and profitable Spa business while meeting financial goals. 
  • Lead a Spa team of 12
  • Monitor quality of service and standards 
  • Ensure excellent standards of hygiene, merchandising & impeccable attention to detail at all times 
  • The ability to interview and select job applicants effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluations for Spa employees
  • Direct overall operations of all spa facilities and offerings, including short and long range strategic planning so that the business operates cost effectively and efficiently
  • Lead the Spa in establishing and executing departmental goals
  • Ensure the spa is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness)
