Job Description

Meaghers Pharmacy Group based in Dublin 24 is looking for a positive, organised, customer focused administrator to join the support office team. This position will involve the overall responsibility for providing secretarial and administrative support to all functions within Meaghers Pharmacy Support Office. It will also involve being the first point of contact for all customer queries for the Meaghers Pharmacy Website customers. Primary Duties

  • Managing all incoming calls and messages effectively and efficiently
  • Managing inward and outward email for the online store and keeping accurate records of same
  • Develop and improve procedures to ensure the efficient running of the customer service function within the Group
  • Ensuring top class customer service is maintained for website customers and all social media followers
  • Maintaining cleanliness of office and communal areas/ meeting rooms at all times
  • Administrative and clerical tasks to support the office team
  • Managing office supplies by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment
  • Managing customer loyalty programme database
  • Filing and maintenance of office records
  • Tasks such as writing letters, typing, creating presentations as required

 

Requirements

1 Year minimum experience.
  • Previous customer service or office administration experience essential
  • Basic word, excel and power-point programme skills
  • Organised and positive person with excellent interpersonal skills
  • An interest in health and beauty products would be a distinct advantage
