A role in for a fragrance consultant to represent Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Dolce & Gabbana.
Part Time Role 15 hour per week
1 x 15hour contract over two days

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who can meet sales goals while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like:
• Drive sales to achieve personal retail targets and KPI goals
• Support account manager to achieve account retail targets
• Monitor mix of business across the fragrance brands and ensure in line with company goals
• Identify daily opportunities within the store to drive visibility of the brands and increase sales
• Actively approach and engage customers to demonstrate the fragrances
• Accurately and successfully implement promotional activity in keeping with marketing communications

Primary Duties

• Customer Service
• Represent the brands by going and above and beyond customer expectations
• Deliver a complete customer journey and confidently build rapport in order to build a loyal
• customer base
• Brand Standards
• Represent the brands and company at all times by following grooming guidelines with
• impeccable standards
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all fragrance and beauty products (as appropriate)
• Willingly invite feedback from management and Training, and apply to continuously develop
• Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Maintain awareness of competitor and industry activity and feedback to your line manager
• Administration
• Track all personal sales and KPI achievements on a daily, weekly, monthly basis using the
• company reporting structure
• Adhere to company reporting deadlines
• Ensure all reports are completed accurately and in full
• Maintain an awareness of stock management procedures in your store, and communicate
• any potential stock issues with your line manager in a timely fashion
