As an ambassador of Sweet Squared Ireland the purpose of this role is to surprise and delight our customers, build strong and lasting relationships and maximise sales opportunities – in new and existing accounts. This is a pivotal role in growing the profile and presence of our portfolio of beauty brands. And as we always say, with 'Love and Respect'.

Primary Duties

·         Growth of sales – the main goal is opening new business by identifying and prospecting new customers for all of our brands.

·         Develop a growth strategy and conduct research to identify new customers and arrange meetings with the prospective clients.

·         Present our brands and business proposition to a range of audiences from self-employed therapists, to key accounts, spas and journalists. 

·         Demonstrate new products, innovations and treatments in-salon. Communicate updates to ingredients and protocols to customers in a timely and professional manor. 

·         Provide in salon event support to customers as an ambassador of Sweet Squared.

·         To provide accurate and current information to your fellow team members.

·         When required act as account manager for some of our nail and beauty customers in Ireland, providing excellent support and unrivalled customer service and maximise all available sales opportunities in existing accounts. 


3 Years minimum experience.

      Expertise in all things skincare, nails, tanning, waxing and lashes! 

    Driving licence 

     Strong knowledge of the skincare and beauty industry 

     Experience within a B2B sales or business development role in the beauty industry 

      Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and exceeding sales expectations 

     Hands-on beauty therapy experience 

      Able to work on own initiative 

     Excellent communication skills 

      Strong commercial acumen 

      Team player

      Enthusiasm and passion to succeed 

      Sense of humour!
