Dublin's no.1 beauty and skincare destination, Beauty One together with its sister company Dublin Medical Aesthetics, Ballsbridge are now recruiting for a senior Therapist to head their skin department.

This is a new and fantastic opportunity for a motivated skin therapist who wants to develop, learn and manage the entire skin care department. We are looking for professionals who have a genuine passion for skin and who love to educate staff and clients on the benefits of treatments and products.

The skin department is aligned with top brands including Obagi, Biologique Recherche, Alumier, and Reform Skincare. Our skin department offers full sweep of services including anti-wrinkle injectables, profhilo, dermal filler, laser, medical grade peels and skin resurfacing treatments. You will also be working alongside the Dublin Medical Aesthetics, making referrals, and advising on appropriate treatments, and products.

A strong social media presence is preferred but we are happy to assist in this also. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, focused and career driven Skin Therapist that wants to take their career to the next level and lead our skin department! Primary Duties

Working with leading skin and laser equipment and brands and carrying out a variety of advanced treatments including:

• Advanced Facials
• Peels
• Hydrafacial
• Microneedling
• Radio Frequency
• Nano Fractional
• Confidently carrying out comprehensive client consultations.
• Identifying client’s skin goals, and recommending treatments, product and homecare.
• Providing high customer care to our clients.
• Working alongside the Aesthetic Doctor and making referrals.
• Recommending products and treatments that the Aesthetic Doctor has referred.
• Ensuring all client information is efficiently kept up to date.
• Administration as associated with the role.
• Assisting in social media, and marketing.

Requirements

• Experience performing advanced skin and laser treatments.
• Experience/ brand training in Obagi, Biologique Recherche, Alumier, and Reform Skincare would be ideal, however training can be provided for the ideal candidate.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude

• Ability to exceed targets and sales goals.
• Team Player- Willingness to build up long lasting relationships with our clientele.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• The successful candidate will be a professional, ambitious and career-driven individual.
• IT savvy with a creative eye.
• Willing to assist in social media content.
• Experience performing other beauty treatments including waxing, tinting, nails, ect would be a bonus.
