Image Skillnet are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced financial specialist to join our team. This is a key role in the business, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management while also supporting general administrative operations.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Procurement process
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Liaise with external accountants, funders, and financial institutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements
  • Support payroll and HR-related administrative functions
  • Supporting general office administration, systems, and processes
  • Contribute to business planning and development. 

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.
  • A relevant qualification in accounting or finance management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks and improve systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Xero, Collsoft) and Microsoft Office (strong knowledge of Excel)
