Woulfe Skin Specialists & Woulfe Wellness are recruiting a Senior Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning, science-led skin and wellness clinics in South Dublin.

This is not a routine salon role. It is a career-defining opportunity for a therapist who wants to work at a premium clinical level, grow their professional skillset, and step into leadership within a high-performance team.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will:

Deliver advanced facial and body treatments to a premium client base
Perform professional consultations and skin analysis
Design long-term skin treatment plans
Confidently recommend and retail medical-grade skincare
Mentor junior therapists and uphold clinic standards
Support daily operations, hygiene standards, and client experience excellence.
This role suits a therapist who wants clinical exposure, leadership development, and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced facials, peels, massage and body treatments
Conduct in-depth consultations and treatment planning
Achieve rebooking and retail performance targets
Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety and presentation standards
Support training and onboarding of junior staff
Act as a role model for professionalism, accountability and care
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a professional clinic or spa
Level 3 / ITEC / CIDESCO or equivalent qualification
Confident in consultations, homecare and treatment planning
Passion for skin health, wellness and continuous learning
Strong communication and leadership presence
High standards, reliability and client-first mindset

Other Salary Information

Uncapped commission with excellent earning capicity.
Salary will depend on level of experience and training with clinic skincare brands and equipment.
Can earn €35,00.00 to €60,000.00 plus - depending on ability and expertise. The salary is performance based, there is no cap so you have excellent opportunities.
Quarterly performance bonus structure.

Requirements

• ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO 
• Three years of experience working in a similar busy salon environment. 
• Have excellent product knowledge and keep abreast of the latest industry developments. 
• Experience of working within a target driven and fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy delivering the best quality treatments . 
• Remarkable customer care.
• Ability to grow and maintain a client base.
• Have an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
• A positive team player who has the ability to work using your own initiative.
• Experience and training with Skinceuticals or similiar brands.
