Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager with a strong background in aesthetics, skincare, or medical beauty sales to join a leading aesthetic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing accounts, driving sales performance, and building long-term partnerships with clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners.

Primary Duties

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets within your assigned region.
• Manage existing client relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and support to aesthetic professionals.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer workshops.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to maximise sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or premium skincare.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German, French and/or English (depending on region).
• Ability to travel extensively within Switzerland.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and relationship-driven professional.
