We are delighted to present an exciting career opportunity within a leading and rapidly growing aesthetics clinic in Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with a background in skin, laser or aesthetics treatments who is now looking to step away from hands-on treatments and progress into a more consultative, client-focused position.

You will play a key role in guiding clients through their journey—from initial enquiry right through to treatment—offering expert advice, building trust, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Role
As an Aesthetic Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full client journey, ensuring each individual feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their decision-making process.
This is a people-focused, commercially driven role where your ability to build relationships and understand client needs will be key to your success.
You will be primarily based in South Dublin, with monthly travel to regional clinics (fully expensed).

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to treatment stage
• Conduct in-depth consultations, understanding client goals and expectations
• Guide clients through suitable treatment options in a professional and ethical manner
• Build strong relationships to ensure a high level of trust and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and manage client interactions through CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless client journey
• Support clinic days in regional locations (once monthly travel required)
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in aesthetics, skin, laser or beauty industry
• Strong understanding of treatments, client care, and consultation processes
• Experience working in a target-driven or performance-focused environment
• Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A natural ability to build rapport and guide clients with empathy and professionalism
• Full, clean driving licence
