BeautifulJobs are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable aesthetic skin clinic in North Dublin who are seeking an experienced Receptionist with previous experience in a skin or aesthetic clinic environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident in front-of-house duties, knowledgeable in aesthetic treatments and skincare, and passionate about delivering a premium client experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing bookings, handling enquiries, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare services is essential.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a skin/aesthetic clinic
  • Strong knowledge of skincare & aesthetic treatments
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Highly organised and confident with booking systems
