We are seeking a professional, client-focused Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist to join a busy and highly respected medical aesthetic and skincare clinic in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a premium, results-driven environment, where exceptional client care and smooth clinic operations are a priority.

As the first point of contact for clients, you will manage appointments, welcome clients, and ensure a seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will also handle enquiries, assist with front-of-house administration, and support the clinic in delivering a luxury service standard. Confidence in discussing treatments, skincare products, and consultations is essential, as you will help clients feel informed and cared for at every stage of their visit.

Primary Duties

• Manage appointment bookings and clinic schedules efficiently
• Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
• Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Support front-of-house administration and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
• Upsell and recommend treatments or skincare products where appropriate
• Maintain a calm, organised, and professional clinic environment
• Work Saturdays as part of a flexible schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medical aesthetic or high-end skin clinic reception role
• Knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking skills
• Confident with technology and booking systems (Phorest or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude
