We are recruiting an Aesthetic Doctor Assistant to work alongside one of Ireland’s most elite aesthetic doctors in a five-star, award-winning aesthetic clinic based in South Dublin.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and skincare and who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience working closely with a leading doctor in the field. This is a highly hands-on, fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a luxury clinical environment.

This role requires someone who has previous experience working in a similar clinical or aesthetic environment, ideally alongside an aesthetic doctor or within a dermatology or high-end aesthetic clinic.

Working Hours
3 weekdays per week
Flexibility within weekday working hours is required

Primary Duties

You will work closely with the doctor throughout the day, acting as a key support in the smooth running of the clinic. Responsibilities will include:

• Shadowing the doctor during consultations and treatments
• Preparing and setting up treatment rooms to the highest clinical standards
• Ensuring all consent forms, medical paperwork, and documentation are completed accurately
• Cleansing and preparing the client’s skin prior to treatments
• Maintaining exceptional hygiene and infection control standards
• Managing stock levels and assisting with stock takes
• Ensuring the clinic environment reflects the luxury, professional standards of the brand
• Supporting the overall client journey with warmth, discretion, and professionalism

• Highly professional, polished, and well-presented at all times
• Confident working in a medical aesthetic environment
• IT savvy, with strong administrative and organisational skills
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and client care
