Job Description

Dr Emma Clinics is an award-winning, skin-led aesthetic clinic known for ethical practice, high clinical standards, and long-term client relationships. We are seeking a motivated Aesthetic Injector with an interest in skin, facials, and laser to join our growing team.

This is a hybrid role for a self-driven clinician who is happy to build their diary, grow their hours, and take ownership of their role within the clinic.

Primary Duties

The Role

Depending on experience, duties may include:

• Aesthetic injecting (Botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters)
• For those Aesthetic Injectors with an interest in performing Skin and Laser Treatments,  training will be provided 
• Patient Consultation & Assessment
• Treatment Planning & Documentation
• Aftercare & Follow-Up
• Following strict Safety, Hygiene & Professional Standards
• Contributing to clinic social media content in line with brand guidelines
• Supporting front-of-house operations when not booked in clinic, including client engagement, consultations, and diary building activity

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified aesthetic injector
• Experience in skin therapy and/or laser is an advantage or a strong interest in developing these skills
• Is comfortable starting with part-time hours and growing their diary organically
• Is confident educating clients and discussing treatments
• Is happy to participate in clinic social media activity
• Is comfortable being front of house, engaging with clients, and creating opportunities when not booked
• Is self-motivated, takes initiative, and does not require constant direction

This role will not suit someone who:

• Expects a fully booked injector diary from day one
• Prefers to remain purely in the treatment room
• Requires continuous instruction or supervision to stay productive
