BeautifulJobs is interviewing for a part-time Aesthetic Nurse Trainer role with a leading Irish aesthetic company. (3- 4 days per month)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with strong aesthetic treatment experience and proven training delivery. You will deliver hands-on clinical training to aesthetic professionals, helping them build advanced skills and confidence. This flexible position is ideal for an experienced nurse with a training/assessing qualification who wants to help shape the next generation of aesthetic practitioners.


Primary Duties

  • Deliver engaging, professional training in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and constructive feedback to support learner development.
  • Ensure all training content reflects current industry best practice.
  • Maintain accurate training records and assist learners in achieving certification.
  • Stay informed on new aesthetic technologies, products, and advancements.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Qualified Nurse with significant aesthetics experience.
  • Teaching/Assessing qualification (essential Proven experience performing a range of aesthetic treatments (injectables, skin treatments)
  • Previous experience delivering training within aesthetics 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Flexible availability — approx. 3–4 days per month, with potential to expand.
