Primary Duties

  • Manage appointment scheduling and client communications with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Oversee all front-of-house duties using medical and aesthetic terminology appropriately
  • Convert client enquiries into booked consultations and ongoing treatment plans
  • Promote treatment packages and skincare products to support client goals
  • Resolve client queries efficiently while ensuring a positive, stress-free experience
  • Support the wider clinic team in upholding service excellence and operational standards

Requirements

No experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetic or luxury clinic reception role
  • Strong understanding of skincare, cosmetic, or aesthetic treatments
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm and confident approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Phorest is an advantage
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment
  • Client-focused, polished, and professional in appearance and manner
