The Manager will oversee daily operations, team management, and client experience across one or more premium locations. This role requires a confident, experienced leader with a proven track record managing large teams, multi-site performance, and delivering strong commercial results within the beauty, spa, or wellness sector. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, elevate service standards, and ensure the brand continues to deliver the highest level of client care.

Primary Duties

  • Lead and manage large teams across multiple clinic locations
  • Drive sales performance, KPI results, and operational targets
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and scheduling
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and service consistency
  • Maintain strong brand and treatment standards
  • Oversee stock management, reporting, and supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy & growth
  • Support implementation of new treatments, products, and initiatives

Requirements

5 Years + minimum experience.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience as a Manager within beauty, spa, wellness, or hospitality
  • Experience leading large teams and/or managing multiple branches
  • Strong commercial awareness — confident driving sales & KPIs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Skilled in staff training, development, and performance management
  • Highly organised, proactive, and service-focused
  • Confident using booking software (Shortcuts ideal, but not essential)
  • Passionate about luxury service and client care
  • Ability to relocate to Australia January 2026
  • Working Holiday Visa eligible (long-term sponsorship available)
