Role Overview
The successful candidate will work hands-on delivering a wide range of beauty and skin treatments while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the salon. This role is ideal for someone professional, organised, and passionate about the beauty industry, who enjoys both treatment delivery and leading a team.

Primary Duties

If you have experience in any of the following treatments please apply!

Beauty and SkinTreatments:

  • Facials (including advanced skincare treatments)
  • Waxing (including intimate waxing)
  • Brow shaping & tinting
  • Lash lift & tint
  • Manicures and pedicures (including gel polish)
  • Massage and body treatments
  • Make-up application 
  • Spray tanning
  • Providing aftercare advice and product recommendations

Salon & Client Care:

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Greet clients, manage appointments and ensure smooth client flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout treatment rooms and salon floor
  • Ensure salon presentation and retail displays are always to brand standard
  • Promote retail products and treatment plans confidently

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support management in staff planning, rotas and daily task allocation
  • Assist in training, mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Help drive sales targets, treatment promotions and brand campaigns
  • Handle client queries, complaints and service follow-ups professionally
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and supplier relationships
  • Contribute to daily opening and closing procedures

Requirements

2 Years minimum experience.

2+ years experience as a Beauty Therapist in a salon or spa environment


Qualified to minimum QQI Level 5 / ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO (or equivalent)

Confident in waxing, nails, massage and skincare

Strong communication, customer service and team leadership skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Passionate about client experience and professional standards

Willingness to learn and grow within the business
