Primary Duties

  • Perform a range of beauty treatments, especially facials and advanced skincare
  • Maintain high standards of client care and professional service
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including rotas, scheduling, and client experience
  • Mentor and support junior staff and new team members
  • Contribute to inventory management and product ordering
  • Uphold salon hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
  • Promote products and services confidently to support sales goals

Requirements

  • CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO qualified
  • Skilled in facials, HD Brows, waxing, tinting, tanning, and massage
  • Confident in recommending homecare and achieving retail targets
  • Career-driven with a desire to step into a leadership role
  • A team player with great communication and mentoring skills
