We are now seeking a skilled and qualified Beauty Therapist (ITEC 4, 5 Level or equivalent) experienced in operating aesthetic equipment such as Radio Frequency, Cryotherapy, Microneedling, Laser, and other energy-based technologies.

Primary Duties

Advanced Treatment Delivery

  • Perform a range of device-based aesthetic treatments (e.g., RF, cryo, microneedling, laser or similar).
  • Assess client skin and body needs to create personalized treatment plans that achieve measurable results.
  • Ensure precise and safe operation of all aesthetic devices following clinic protocols.

Client Consultation & Aftercare

  • Conduct professional consultations to understand client concerns, goals, and medical history.
  • Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment guidance to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Track progress and maintain accurate client records.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Work collaboratively with the clinical and skincare team to integrate multi-modality treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and participate in ongoing training.

Hygiene & Compliance

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment sterilization.
  • Follow all health, safety, and data protection regulations.

Requirements

1 Year minimum experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous experience using aesthetic or medical-grade devices (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • ITEC Level 4 or 5 qualification in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent).
  • Excellent consultation, communication, and client service skills.
  • Professional, confident, and detail-focused approach.
