We have built a strong, loyal client base in brows, makeup and nails, and due to increasing demand, we are now expanding into skin and advanced treatments — creating a real opportunity for the right therapist to step in and grow this area.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for beauty and high standards in their work. This role is suited to someone motivated to grow their income and take ownership of their success.

Primary Duties

• Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments to a high standard
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Provide consultations and personalised treatment plans
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism across all service

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year salon experience
• ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification
• Advanced waxing essential 
• BIAB / nail services (essential)
• Brows and makeup (an advantage)
• Skin treatments (essential) including:
• Facials
  
• Chemical peels & microneedling
• Threading is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and treatment quality
• Professional, confident, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Experience with salon systems (e.g. Phorest) is an advantage
