Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Facials, Advanced Peels, Microneedling, Waxing, Manicures & Pedicures, Spray Tans, and more!
• Provide expert skin consultations and offer personalized advice to clients.
• Promote and sell retail products, ensuring each client receives a premium experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:
• Qualifications: ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in beauty therapy, with laser treatment experience as a bonus.
• Skills: Great communication, timekeeping, and an eye for detail. Knowledge of Dermalogica and Phorest software is a plus.
• Personality: Confident, professional, and self-motivated, with a passion for customer service.

Primary Duties

To carry out a wide variety of beauty services to include

  • Laser hair removal
  • Laser Skin treatments (training provided)
  • Skin Consultations
  • Facials using Dermalogica
  • Advanced peels (training provided)
  • Waxing including advanced
  • Manicures
  • Pedicures
  • Shellac & Biab
  • Tinting & brow design
  • Spray tan
  • Lash lifts (training provided)
  • Microneedling (training provided)
  • Advising clients on suitable treatments
  • Recommending and rebooking treatments
  • Selling retail products

Requirements

1 Year minimum experience.
  • ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent beauty qualification
  • Experience in performing Laser skin & hair treatments is a distinct advantage
  • A knowledge of Dermalogica is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Good record of repeat bookings and retail sales
  • A positive team player who can use their own initiative.
  • Excellently presented and professional
  • The appropriate permissions in place before application, to work in Ireland
