We’re hiring at Filly Green – a buzzing, friendly salon in Bangor known for natural results, gorgeous brows, glowy skin, and a fab team vibe. We’re on the lookout for a qualified Beauty Therapist who loves all things lashes, brows, facials (and more!) and is ready to grow with us.

We’ve got big things happening – including our very own beauty academy opening soon, which means opportunities to train as an educator and boost your income.

Other Salary Information

Highly competitive salary with commission on product sales, a higher rate available for candidates with an existing client base or those offering advanced treatments.

Primary Duties

  • Carrying out a range of beauty treatments including lashes, brows, and facials
  • Delivering a high standard of client care and personalised service
  • Keeping treatment areas clean, stocked, and professional at all times
  • Supporting the salon team and contributing to a positive atmosphere
  • Staying up to date with training and new techniques
  • Promoting services and helping to grow the client base
  • Option to assist in training or demo sessions as part of our beauty academy (if interested)

Requirements

2 Years minimum experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
  • Confident in delivering lash, brow, and skin treatments
  • Fully eligible to work in the UK
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Willingness to learn new treatments and take part in training
  • Passion for the beauty industry and great client care
  • Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team
  • Strong hygiene and safety standards
