RM Skin Clinic is seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist/Skin Specialist to join our team in September to provide advanced skincare treatments, consultations, and personalised skincare solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of skin health, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care.

Primary Duties

  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments
  • Develop customised treatment plans based on client needs and skin types.
  • Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, IPL,  LED therapy, and other non-invasive skin procedures.
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and educate clients on at-home regimens.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, sterile work environment

Requirements

1 Year minimum experience.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Therapist or equivalent qualification in skin therapy or dermatology.
  • Proven experience as a Skin Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and cosmetic products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional, polished demeanor.
  • Additional certifications in advanced skin treatments (e.g., microneedling, laser therapy) are a plus.
