Allure Beauty & Spa is an award-winning, busy clinic known for delivering high-quality beauty and advanced skincare treatments in a welcoming and professional environment.

We are currently seeking a talented Brow & Lash Stylist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about brows, lashes, and client care, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused clinic.

Primary Duties

You will specialise in brow and lash services, delivering exceptional results while creating a positive and professional experience for every client.

Treatments will include:

  • HD Brows / Advanced Brow Treatments
  • Brow Sculpting, Tinting & Lamination
  • LVL Lash Lift
  • Lash Extensions (advantageous)
  • Facial Waxing (advantageous)

You will also:

  • Provide expert consultations tailored to each client
  • Recommend suitable treatments and aftercare
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism
  • Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.

About You

  • CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC
  • Qualified Beauty Therapist or Brow & Lash Specialist
  • Previous experience in brow and lash treatments is essential
  • Experience in lash extensions, facial waxing, or additional beauty treatments is a strong advantage
  • A background in general beauty treatments (facials, waxing, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality treatments and results
  • Friendly, professional, and confident with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • A team player with a positive, easy-going attitude
