Location: ROI (Leinster/ Connaught and Munster)
Contract: Full-time, permanent (4 days part-time considered)
Salary: Competitive basic + commission (DOE)
We’re looking for an ambitious, relationship-led Business Development Manager to grow and support our professional skincare and tanning brands across Ireland.

You will be joining a supportive friendly team, applying your experience to skillfully seek out new opportunities for our brands as well as building strong customer relationships. We create lifelong relationships with our partners whose input is integral to building our brands together.

Primary Duties

The Role

  • Manage and grow an agreed portfolio of skincare and tanning brands
  • Proactively identify and convert new salon business opportunities
  • Coach, mentor and support salon partners to grow their skincare business
  • Deliver in-salon education and product training for new and existing accounts
  • Drive retail performance through training, events and business development initiatives
  • Support pharmacies and retail partners with merchandising and training
  • Represent the brands at events, trade shows and on social media
  • Work closely with the wider sales, education and marketing teams

This is a field-based role with occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

2 Years minimum experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty, salon, retail or pharmacy (skincare-focused)
  • Qualified in Beauty Therapy (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)- desirable but not essential
  • Confident delivering product and brand training
  • Proven ability to develop new business and hit sales targets
  • Commercially minded, self-motivated and highly organised
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Full driving licence required
