BeautifulJobs is recruiting on behalf of a leading Irish beauty company for an exciting field sales/business development role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a makeup or skincare professional with current experience in business development or field sales, presenting and demonstrating products to pharmacies, salons, spas, and clinics across a nationwide territory.

You will manage existing accounts, develop new business, deliver product demonstrations and training, and build strong client relationships while driving sales growth. The role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance to Dublin.

Requirements

  • ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO
  • Senior Makeup Artist/ Skincare 
  • Current experience in business development or field sales within the beauty or skincare industry
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Confident, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Target-driven, commercially aware, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and manage a nationwide field territory
  • Full, clean driving licence, own transport
