A prestigious, award-winning aesthetic clinic in South Dublin is seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator to manage its front-of-house and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The successful candidate must be currently working within a reputable luxury beauty, skin or aesthetic clinic, offering high-end treatments and services. Previous experience managing front of house within this environment is essential.

You will be responsible for the complete client journey, from welcoming clients and managing bookings to rebooking, client retention and supporting clinic sales.

Primary Duties

• Manage the front of house and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Manage bookings, consultations, enquiries and the clinic diary
• Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking and retention
• Support treatment and product sales
• Work confidently to sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure the clinic maintains a polished, professional and luxury environment
• Liaise closely with practitioners and therapists
• Provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the client journey

Requirements

• Current experience within a luxury beauty, skin or aesthetic clinic is essential
• Experience managing front of house within a premium environment
• Experience with high-end treatments and services
• Strong sales and target-driven experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Professional, polished and confident
• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare and luxury client experience
