Primary Duties

• Provide a welcoming, polished, and professional front-of-house experience
• Manage client bookings via phone, email, and clinic software
• Handle treatment enquiries and provide accurate information
• Process payments and manage daily financial records
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and administration
• Maintain confidentiality and a calm, clean reception environment
• Act as a brand ambassador for the clinic and its values

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a receptionist (aesthetic, beauty, or medical clinic preferred)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident with booking systems, email, and office software
• Warm, well-presented, and calm under pressure
• A genuine interest in skincare and aesthetics
