Job Description

Vogue Hair Salon in Athy is becoming Vogue Hairdressing Suite and we are looking for an experienced Creative Stylist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a four-day position with an established clientele and busy column ready to step into. You will not be expected to build your column from scratch.
We are looking for a confident stylist with at least five years salon experience who takes pride in their work, delivers consistently high standards and provides an excellent client experience.

Appointments, administration and day-to-day client coordination will be managed by the salon, allowing you to focus on your clients and your work.

The position offers strong earning potential, a calm professional environment and the opportunity to build a long-term future with Vogue Hairdressing Suite.
Salary will be negotiated based on experience.

Permanent employed position working four days and approximately 34 hours per week. The successful stylist will step into an established clientele and busy column with strong earning potential.

Primary Duties

  • Deliver high-quality cutting, styling and hairdressing services.
  • Provide professional consultations and personalised recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain excellent standards of client care.
  • Maintain a clean, professional and organised workstation.
  • Represent the standards of Vogue Hairdressing Suite.

Requirements

5 Years + minimum experience.
  • Fully qualified hair stylist
  • Minimum five years’ salon experience
  • Confident in cutting, styling and client consultations
  • Able to work independently with an established clientele and column
  • Reliable, professional and committed to high standards
  • Strong client-care and communication skills
  • Calm, driven and motivated to develop
