We are currently seeking to hire an experienced field sales representative to service our customers Nationwide.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include the servicing and maintenance of existing customers, generating new business by expanding our customer base and introducing new product lines.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years field sales experience in a similar role. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as a demonstrable history of exceeding sales expectations. Relevant experience in the beauty and or pharmacy or sector is essential. A full clean driving license is a must.

Primary Duties

Role involves introducing our luxury brand to salons, spas, nail bars, clinics and distribution companies across Ireland

Ideally the successful candidate will:

Have an excellent sales track record in a similar role. Have a great interest in the Cosmetic Industry preferably Beauty Therapy Diploma. Be dynamic and competitive .Be a self-starter. Be highly motivated. Have a full clean driver’s license. Have excellent personal standards and professional attitude. Have excellent communication skills. Have minimum 3 years B2B sales experience

 Detailed Responsibilities

• To prepare and use a planned sales presentation, designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities. Including: customer greeting; qualifying; handling objections; product presentation and demonstrations; closing and delivery and finance.
  
  
• To develop and use Customer Follow-Up and Prospecting systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.
  
  
• Develop and use a planned daily, weekly and monthly sales call program, as agreed with the Sales
  Manager.
  
  
• Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
  
  
• Handle all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements. Advise Sales Manager where necessary and ensure appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.Role involves introducing our luxury brand to salons, spas, nail bars, clinics and distribution companies across Ireland.
