We are delighted to be expanding our Team. Our Salon branch in Naas has a new and exciting opportunity for a talented and positive professional.

The Role

We take pride in ourselves on the service and education we provide in treatment and from our Front of house team. As we are not just a salon, we strive to offer the best hair and skincare advice to each customer that walks through our doors or who purchases from our online shop, which will play a part in this role in your job.

We are now looking for a friendly Front of House professional to join our award-winning team of highly trained beauty, hair and advanced skin professionals. Excellent customer service, approachable and friendly, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

If you are particularly passionate about skincare or haircare or have even trained in these fields and want something different, we would love to hear from you.

Your role is hugely important to ensure upmost professionalism front of house and educating all our customers on skincare or haircare both instore in person or via blogs and social media for our online clients.

Primary Duties

FOH Duties: 

  • Greeting clients in a friendly manner and showing upmost professionalism.
  • Confident in offering recommendations
  • Confident in offering optimum education on hair or skin to our customers for their concerns.
  • Managing all bookings using company software efficiently
  • Manging and updating company booking system
  • Accurately record all paperwork in accordance with Millie’s protocol.
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations
  • Payment transactions
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered
  • Other administrating duties as required

Marketing Duties:

  • Creating marketing educational pieces for social media or our online store.
  • Other marketing duties as required

  • Experience working within a similar environment
  • This may suit a skin therapist or hairdresser who would like to take a different direction in career.
  • Have a passion to educate and strive to offer the best advice to the customer.
  • FOH/ Receptionist experience
  • Experience using social media platforms
  • Good knowledge of Ecommerce
  • IT savvy
  • Excellent attention to detail & a high level of organizational skills
