Other Salary Information

Basic Rate plus excellent commission

Primary Duties

• Providing full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, coloring and styling
• Working with the following products - L’Oreal, Kerastase, Redken, GK hair.
• Making appointments, rebooking visits and ensuring clients receive full information on all products and services
• Building client relationships and providing five star customer care to all clients
• Working to targets and deadlines
• Following strict health and safety regulations
• Reporting to management and working within a motivated and enthusiastic team.

Requirements

• The right candidate must be flexible and outgoing with an enthusiastic personality and a passion for the hair industry.
• You must be target driven and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
• You must be able to deliver high quality salon standards and meet client expectations.
• You must have proven experience of providing five star customer care. 
• Ability to rebook clients and sell retail product is a must.
• Previous experience or training with the following product services is ideal -  L’Oreal, Kerastase, Redken, GK hair.
