Primary Duties

  • Manage appointment scheduling with exceptional phone etiquette
  • Handle front-of-house reception duties, including medical/aesthetic terminology
  • Convert leads from marketing efforts into booked consultations
  • Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages and skincare products
  • Maintain an organised, professional reception area
  • Ensure a calm, stress-free clinic environment through excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Support the clinic’s luxury client experience standards
  • Work Saturdays as part of a flexible schedule

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in medical aesthetic reception or high-end skin clinic
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); knowledge of Phorest is a must
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Quick learner with strong technology skills
