We are now inviting a talented Junior Hair Stylist to join our passionate and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a stylist with 2–3 years’ experience who is ready to grow, refine their skills, and work alongside senior, award-winning stylists in a high-end, supportive environment.

Primary Duties

As a Junior Hair Stylist at Ebano Ballinteer, you will:

• Work closely with Senior Stylists, learning advanced techniques and luxury service standards
• Deliver beautiful hair services while continuing to develop confidence and technical excellence
• Be immersed in a salon culture that prioritises education, progression, and artistry
• You’ll be supported every step of the way as you grow into a confident, high-performing stylist.

Client Experience & Services

• Assist and deliver consultations, blow-dries, colour services, treatments, and styling
• Create a warm, welcoming, luxury experience for every client
• Learn how to tailor services to individual client needs and lifestyle
• Support senior team members during busy periods and appointments
• Recommend professional home-care and retail products with confidence

 Salon Standards & Presentation

• Maintain a clean, organised, and beautifully presented workstation at all times
• Prepare tools, equipment, and stations ahead of each client
• Uphold exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Help maintain the calm, polished atmosphere Ebano is known for
• Ensure the salon is left immaculate at the end of each shift

Team & Professionalism

• Present yourself to a high professional standard 
• Be punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Communicate openly with management and team members
• Support colleagues across the salon when needed
• Respect confidentiality, professionalism, and salon policies at all times
