The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Patient Coordinator / Doctor’s Assistant to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone at the start of their career in aesthetics who wants to learn the ins and outs of clinic operations while assisting our medical team.

Primary Duties

• Shadow and assist doctors during consultations and treatments
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready
• Support patient administration, including consent forms and appointment coordination
• Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit, providing an excellent client experience
• Learn clinic procedures, protocols, and standards of care
• Carry out general administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Recently completed an advanced aesthetic qualification or similar
• Interested in progressing your career in aesthetics
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work closely with doctors and senior staff
