The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join us as our Lead Aesthetic Nurse. This is a pivotal "Day One" hire. You will be the clinical engine of our Rathmines clinic, responsible for delivering a wide range of injectable and laser treatments while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and service.

Salary: Competitive base salary and performance-based incentives.

Primary Duties

Clinical Excellence: Perform precision injectable treatments including Anti-Wrinkle injections, Profhilo®, Polynucleotides, and Sculptra®.

Laser Artistry: Lead our advanced laser protocols (training provided if necessary).

Patient Journey: Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, mapping out bespoke "Skin-vestment" plans that move patients from corrective treatments to long-term maintenance.

The Glé Pairing: Expertly combine injectable treatments with laser protocols (e.g., pairing Anti-wrinkle injections with a laser "glow" protocol) to achieve superior patient results.

Clinical Governance: Maintain impeccable medical records, manage stock levels of medical consumables, and ensure a sterile, safe clinical environment.

Requirements

2 Years minimum experience.

Credentials: Registered General Nurse with current NMBI registration. Certification in aesthetic procedures is highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of (post registration) experience in an aesthetic or dermatology setting.

Technical Skill: Proven expertise in dermal fillers and neuromodulators. Experience with medical-grade lasers is a distinct advantage.

Philosophy: A deep alignment with the "natural look" and bio-stimulation and a strong interest in ongoing professional development in aesthetics

Etiquette: Immaculate professional appearance and a warm, clinical manner suited for an affluent demographic.

Clinic Development: experience in using social media to help promote and grow the clinic
