A thriving skincare and beauty clinic in Kildare is seeking an experienced Skin & Beauty Therapist/Manager to help lead its day-to-day operations and play a key role in its continued growth. Known for its expert team and outstanding service offerings, this salon is the perfect place for a proactive and dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time role (four days per week, Tuesday-Saturday) is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellence, achieving ambitious targets, and fostering a motivated and successful team.

What We’re Looking For:
This role is designed to support the business owner and result in the efficient running of the business and to support its growth. This will include managing all areas of the business including all daily operations, reception / front of house duties, staff & staff performance, treatment & product sales which will evolve over time, rostering, decision making, etc. Conducting treatments will be required approximately 50% of the time. Someone who is passionate about skin and has knowledge of advanced skin treatments.

Primary Duties

Requirements 

• You must be a qualified beauty/skin therapist with a minimum of three years working experience. 
• Previous Management / supervisory experience 2 years +  (preferred)
• Experience working at front of house 
• Excellent knowledge of treatments, products and their benefits. 
• A professional approach to your work, colleagues and clients. 
• Ability to grow and maintain customer and staff relationships. 
• Passionate about giving great customer service. 
• Excellent sales ability with a proven track record of working to targets and deadlines. 
• Ability to operate and demonstrate leadership in a busy working environment & motivate staff 
• Ability to multitask & prioritise 
• You must be a team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude to your work. 
• Ideally live in close proximity to the business 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency with Phorest and IT applications (Word, Excel).
• Growth-oriented mindset and a passion for business development.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on excellence. 
• Experienced in a wide range of beauty & skin treatments is essential
• Experience with Image, Dermalogica, Skinceuticals, Alumier MD, Ultraceuticals & iS Clinical an advantage.
• Experience in Laser, IPL, Microneedling & advanced skin treatments an adavantage.
