Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

●● Massage & Body Therapy

● Deliver a range of therapeutic treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic

Drainage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Head Massage.

● Customize each session according to client needs — from relaxation and stress relief to

post-aesthetic recovery support.

 

●● Client Consultation & Care

● Conduct detailed consultations to understand client goals, preferences, and

contraindications.

● Provide clear aftercare advice and recommend appropriate treatment plans and

frequencies.

● Build lasting relationships that encourage trust, repeat bookings, and referrals.

 

●● Collaboration & Recommendations

● Work closely with the aesthetics team to integrate wellness and skincare treatments.

● Recommend suitable skincare products or complementary services to enhance results.

 

●● Hygiene & Compliance

● Maintain a spotless, calm, and welcoming treatment environment.

● Follow all hygiene, sanitization, and confidentiality protocols before and after each client.

● Ensure full adherence to health and safety standards.

 

●● Professional Development

● Stay up to date with trends and advancements in massage therapy and holistic health.

● Participate in training sessions and contribute to the continuous growth of the clinic.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

● Previous experience in a wellness, clinical, or spa environment preferred.

● Knowledge of post-aesthetic or post-surgical therapy is a strong advantage.

 

Skills

● Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques with sound anatomical understanding.

● Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.

● Professional, detail-oriented, and team-driven approach.

 

Schedule

● Flexible working hours based on client demand.

● Availability for some weekend shifts preferred.
