Primary Duties

The Role:

  • Manage appointment scheduling with exceptional phone etiquette
  • Handle front-of-house reception duties with medical/aesthetic terminology expertise
  • Convert leads from marketing efforts into booked consultations
  • Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages and skincare products
  • Maintain an organised, professional reception area
  • Maintain a peaceful, stress-free clinic environment through exceptional conflict resolution skills
  • Support our luxury client experience standards

Requirements

2 Years minimum experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years medical aesthetic reception experience
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to de-escalate challenging situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Quick learner with strong technology skills, knowledge in Phorest is a plus
  • Professional, client-focused, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure
