We’re hiring a receptionist to join the award-winning Mint Medispa at Pembroke Kilkenny - Ireland’s Boutique Hotel of the Year 2024

About Mint
We are specialists in Skincare, Laser and Holistic treatments. We collaborate with clinical skincare leaders, including Dermalogica, PCA Skin, and AlumierMD, to deliver lasting results. Our Gaia massage therapies, and holistic rituals support overall wellness and complement every skin journey.
Mint Medispa is home to advanced aesthetic and wellbeing treatments utilising technologies such as the Candela GentleMax Pro and Nordlys IPL & 1550 lasers, addressing concerns ranging from pigmentation and rosacea to scarring and sun damage.


Primary Duties

As a receptionist at Mint MediSpa, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations, and proactively promoting our services to enhance the client experience and support sales growth

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming clients and deliver a professional experience.
  • Managing therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Collaborating with The Pembroke Hotel to encourage guest bookings.
  • Advising clients on products, oversee inventory, and process purchases
  • Supporting management with maintenance and operational needs.
  • Acting as the key contact between the MediSpa and hotel for seamless guest experiences.
  • Communicating clearly with your team and other departments
  • Representing Mint and Pembroke brands with pride
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation in all guest areas
