This is more than a Nail Technician role.
For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to take ownership of and help lead our Nail Bar within an established and growing wellness business.

Other Salary Information
Commission on services and retail.

Primary Duties
Client Care & Treatment Delivery
• Deliver exceptional natural nail, manicure and pedicure treatments , Biosculpt and gel polish treatments
• Conduct professional consultations and assess client suitability for treatments
• Provide personalised treatment recommendations and aftercare advice
• Ensure every client receives a professional, welcoming and memorable experience
• Encourage client retention through exceptional service and rebooking
Nail Bar Management
• Assist in the day-to-day management and organisation of the Nail Bar
• Ensure all workstations are clean, organised and fully stocked
• Maintain a professional, calm and welcoming treatment environment
• Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements
• Support the implementation of new services, promotions and treatment protocols
Hygiene & Infection Control
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, sanitation and infection control standards at all times
• Follow all clinic sterilisation and disinfection protocols
• Ensure all equipment, tools and workstations are cleaned and disinfected correctly between clients
• Support compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
• Promote a culture of cleanliness, professionalism and accountability
Retail & Business Development
• Recommend appropriate retail products and homecare solutions
• Support achievement of retail, rebooking and treatment targets
• Educate clients on nail health and maintenance
• Contribute positively to the growth and success of the Nail Bar
Teamwork & Professionalism
• Act as a positive role model within the team
• Support colleagues and contribute to a respectful, professional culture
• Attend team meetings, training sessions and development programmes
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence, professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Take ownership of personal performance and continuous professional development
Leadership Opportunity
• Support the continued growth and development of the Nail Bar
• Assist in maintaining and elevating treatment, hygiene and client service standards

Requirements
• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Relevant Nail Technician qualification and certificates
• Minimum 5 years' industry experience preferred
• Strong manicure and pedicure skills
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Excellent hygiene and infection control knowledge
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilisation
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Emotionally intelligent and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Professional, respectful and supportive team player
