We are seeking an experienced and passionate National Skincare Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for the education and training of all Chleo brands, ensuring a consistent, high-quality training experience across our clinic, salon and spa partners. The role will be Dublin-based, with easy access to Ballymount, Dublin 12, and will involve a mix of in-house training, in-clinic education, event support, and virtual learning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills are essential. The successful candidate will take ownership of the annual education calendar, support brand events, and work closely with internal teams to ensure all education aligns with brand standards and business objectives.

Primary Duties

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have responsibility for:

Training & Education:

  • Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive product and treatment education across all Chleo brands.
  • Own and manage the annual education and training calendar, including in-house training days, online education, and in-clinic sessions.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to clinics, salons, and spas.
  • Ensure all education is consistent, up to date, and aligned with brand protocols and positioning.
  • Stay informed on product formulations, treatment protocols, and industry developments across all brands.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals, and support documentation.
  • Attend brand-led training sessions with suppliers and cascade knowledge internally and externally.
  • Deliver in-clinic training and onboarding education for new and existing accounts.
  • Provide education support at brand events, launches, roadshows, and open days.
  • Support the Marketing Manager by contributing to educational video content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Manage and maintain trainer-led brand education pages and content where required.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of training activity, attendance, and feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure training schedules are communicated clearly and delivered efficiently.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management on training outcomes, education needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on education-led campaigns, launches, and content planning.

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional skincare training or education role.
  • Relevant qualifications in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy (e.g. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC).
  • Teacher Training qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence delivering training to groups of varying sizes.
  • Experience delivering workshops, in-clinic education, and formal training events.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Comfortable delivering training both in person and online.
  • Flexible in terms of travel.
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle.
