Role Overview:
As a Skin Nerd you will handle performing virtual skin consultations to all genders and from teens upwards, for our Skin Nerd Network clients via Zoom, aiding the wider team in providing excellent Customer Experience at each touch point. You would also help the Customer Service team with front-line support for clients and customers.

Location:
Remote working, plus attending in-person Skingredients or Skin Nerd events when needed. It is also expected that you can travel to Dublin for
company meetings about every 2 - 3 months. You will be provided with the relevant IT equipment and support to carry out the role from your home office.

Schedule:
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Saturday
• Morning and evening shifts.
• Weekend shifts.

Primary Duties

Role and Responsibilities:

• Our ideal Nerd (online skin consultant) is eager, enthusiastic about skin, passionate, high energy, adept at communication (both oral and written) keen to help people with their long-term skin health and having some IT skills and a background in customer service would be an advantage.
• Carry out professional and educational virtual skin consultations from teens upwards and for all genders: In your virtual consultations, you will educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to boost their confidence and skin health.
• Record content that would be used on our social media platforms when needed.
• Provide an initial and follow-up service to all clients adopting our 360- degree approach to skin health.
• Attend sales and other company events in person, both locally and abroad if needed, for both The Skin Nerd and Skingredients.
• You must be a fantastic communicator and be able to aid your future team to grow and to be their best.
• Aid the customer support team in delivering exceptional customer service and experiences at all stages.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to innovate and enhance our services.
• Provide initial and follow-up services to clients using our 360-degree approach to skin health.
• Undertake project work as needed.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to personal and team development.
• Foster teamwork and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Qualified to CIBTAC, or CIDESCO or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with skin in a clinic or salon setting.
• Quiet home office space for conducting skin consultations.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Proven sales record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and a genuine love for helping people.
• Strong IT skills and social media ability or a quick learner.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Team player with great people skills.
• Optimistic, can-do attitude with flexibility
