This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist with a background in beauty, skincare or aesthetics who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in ensuring every client receives a warm, professional and seamless experience. You will support the day-to-day running of reception while maintaining the high standards expected within the clinic.

Primary Duties

• Welcoming clients and delivering exceptional customer care.
• Managing appointments, bookings and client enquiries.
• Handling telephone calls, emails and general correspondence.
• Processing payments and supporting daily administration.
• Maintaining accurate records and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensuring reception is organised, welcoming and professionally presented.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous reception experience within a beauty salon, skin clinic or aesthetics clinic is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for client care.
• A warm, polished and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.
