We now have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House professional. This role will include front-of-house, reception, and administration duties. The ideal candidate must have a warm and caring personality, a genuine passion and knowledge of the skin/ beauty industry and upcoming trends, and 2 years of experience working in a similar environment.

Primary Duties

• Overseeing the front-of-house and reception area, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all clients.
• Managing appointments, client records, and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Handling administrative tasks and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained.
• Assisting with marketing and social media, including content creation, promotions, and engagement strategies.
• Coordinating schedules and operations to ensure seamless daily business flow.
• Supporting stock management, merchandising, and basic accounts (till, card payments, and daily balances).
• Adhering to GDPR, health & safety, and salon policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Ability to implement marketing strategies and drive engagement
• IT-savvy with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
• Experience using a salon booking system
• Passion for the beauty and skincare industry
