Hours: Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:15 to 6:15pm or Alternate Saturdays. 40 hr week.

This is a support and patient care role working directly alongside an Aesthetic Doctor.
It is not a practitioner training position and is not intended as a pathway to performing injectable treatments or aesthetic procedures independently.
Applicants should be motivated by organisation, patient care, healthcare administration, and supporting the delivery of outstanding clinical care.


We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Physician Assistant / Patient Coordinator to work directly alongside an experienced Aesthetic Doctor in a busy and growing cosmetic medical practice.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience.

You will become the doctor’s right hand, helping to ensure every clinic runs smoothly by preparing patients, treatment rooms, equipment, documentation, and clinical requirements in advance of each appointment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a seamless patient journey while supporting the day-to-day operations of a premium doctor-led clinic.

Primary Duties

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing consultation and treatment rooms throughout the day
  • Ensuring all equipment, consumables, and documentation are ready for each appointment
  • Assisting with patient preparation before consultations and treatments
  • Managing clinical photography and patient records
  • Supporting patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Coordinating appointments, diaries, and follow-up bookings
  • Assisting with patient communications and administration
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
  • Anticipating the needs of the doctor and ensuring clinics run efficiently and on time

 

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.
