Our sister agency, Digital Loft specialises in content creation, social media management and influencer strategies.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Play an active role in the smooth day-to-day management of client accounts
• Create  client and media ready press releases, news notices, activity plans and  stand out brand moments that earn attention and drive conversation.
• Manage media lists and outreach programs while building relationships with journalists, influencers and industry contacts.
• Spot relevant trends, news hooks and cultural moments that can be translated into timely and commercially smart PR opportunities
• Work with team on feature ideas for pitching by phone, email, in person to national, regional, trade journalists across broadcast and online.
• Monitor media coverage and generate reports on all activity each month to include all relevant press coverage, influencer engagement for wider team and clients
• Attend client events and industry conferences
• Work across multiple key brands
• Assist in the delivery of events, press previews, influencer activations and brand experiences.

Requirements

• Qualification at a minimum in Marketing, Communications or PR equivalent experience essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading essential as well as having a creative flair. 
• Demonstrate a strong interest in how AI is transforming communications and is confident using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, insight and creativity within a modern PR agency environment and how digital tools can support smarter and more informed PR work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to details
• Self-motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence, warmth and professionalism in dealing with clients and collaborators
• Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are achieved
• Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as other internet tools and technologies such as Gmail, internet research and PowerPoint skills are a must.
• Creative, strategic thinker and curiosity with a can do attitude
• A naturally organised approach with the ability to keep on top of multiple moving parts
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
