This role is ideal for a highly skilled multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. It combines front-of-house responsibilities and direct client interaction with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in skin treatments. The position requires balancing exceptional customer service with practical expertise, ensuring every client receives a seamless and professional experience from consultation through to treatment.

Primary Duties

As a Receptionist:

• Front desk management: Oversee reception duties including answering calls, managing emails, and handling client bookings.

• Client support: Provided a welcoming experience by assisting clients on arrival, departure, and with any queries.

• Financial administration: Manage day-to-day accounts including cash float, credit transactions, Phorest Pay, deposits, and end-of-day cashing up.

• Marketing and outreach: Coordinated client communications through targeted text campaigns and marketing emails.

• Sales and promotion: Increase revenue by closing sales and actively promoting treatments and retail products.

• Order processing: Handle and fulfill online orders efficiently to maintain excellent client service.

• Team coordination: Collaborate with staff to ensure the clinic operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of service.

• Laser Treatments - NDYag/Diode Laser hair removal, NDYag red vein laser, Lumines M22 IPL
• CACI
• Exceed Microneedling
• Skin Peels/Facials
• Hydrafacial
• Dermalux LED
• Milia/Skin Tag Removal
• Electrolysis
• Deliver a high standard of treatments at all time
• Motivated and have the ability to work on their initiative 
• Have the ability to build clientele
• Keeping up the clinic's hygiene standards 
• To work as a team player
• Good time management
• Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in CIBTAC, ITEC, or CIDESCO.
• Previous experience with Éminence Organic Skincare, CACI, Obagi Medical, and laser treatments is an advantage, though not essential.
• Proven reception and front-of-house experience, including managing calls, emails, and bookings.
• Genuine passion for the beauty and skincare industry with a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
• Eager to learn and continuously develop skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, experience in marketing and familiarity with Phorest software.
