Sales and Business Development Manager – Events (In-Office)
Location: Dun Laoghaire, Dublin (Fully Office-Based – possibility for Hybrid after three months in office) | Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Role Overview
We are hiring a high-energy, commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue across our portfolio of consumer health events:
Future Beauty & Health,
Future Fertility Show, and
Future Men’s Health.
Our platforms sit at the intersection of science, health optimisation and beauty, delivering expert-led, evidence-based education and connecting consumers with credible professionals, brands and clinics. We are building trusted movements in health and wellbeing, grounded in strong ethics and long-term impact. This is a high-activity, fully in-office sales role — not suited to candidates seeking hybrid or remote working.

Other Salary Information
Base salary: €30,000 – €40,000 (depending on experience)
Senior/experienced hires: Up to €45,000 base for candidates with a proven track record in events, health or beauty sales
Commission: Uncapped, directly tied to revenue generated
OTE: €70,000 – €90,000 in Year 1
Top performers: €100,000+ achievable
6-month review with opportunity to increase base salary based on performance
Additional event bonuses and overperformance incentives

Primary Duties
What You’ll Do
Drive sponsorship, exhibitor and partnership sales across all events
Work from a large existing database — re-engage, nurture and convert leads
Retain, grow and upsell existing exhibitor relationships
Generate new business via outbound email, calls, LinkedIn and industry events
Manage and convert inbound and outbound pipeline
Execute high-volume daily sales activity — outreach, follow-ups, meetings and closing
Close deals consistently against revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) pipeline and reporting
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (events, health, beauty, wellness or related sectors preferred)
Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing role)
Self-starter with strong pace, resilience and accountability
Strong relationship builder with ability to retain, grow and upsell accounts
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
Confident communicator across phone, email and in person
Highly commercially driven with focus on results and revenue
Aligned with a business that values credibility, integrity and long-term partnerships
